Hawaiʻi Residents Directory is operated privately and provides background on public rolls, record indexes, and historical directories in Hawaiʻi. It does not host government records and is not connected with a state or county office, court, or custodian.
2. Lawful Use Rules
Use these pages only in ways permitted by law. You must not use the service or information reached through it to:
- Threaten, stalk, harass, intimidate, or otherwise hurt a person
- Find a person whose location is protected by a court order
- Carry out fraud, impersonation, or identity theft
- Make a decision governed by the Fair Credit Reporting Act
- Copy or republish large portions of the pages or scrape them in bulk
- Disrupt the service or try to defeat its security
3. Consumer Reporting Notice
Hawaiʻi Residents Directory is not a consumer reporting agency within the meaning of the Fair Credit Reporting Act, 15 U.S.C. § 1681 et seq. Neither these pages nor results from a linked tool are consumer reports. They cannot be used to assess credit, employment, housing, insurance, or another purpose covered by that law.

Outside portals and search providers, including services behind sponsored results, set their own terms. We do not manage their content, fees, availability, or handling of information you send them.

The service is offered on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties. We cannot promise that page details are complete, accurate, or up to date, or that an outside portal will be online or return a particular result.

As far as applicable law permits, the operators are not responsible for direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss tied to your use of the pages or an outside resource, including an action you take based on a record.
7. Responsibility for Claims
If your misuse of the service or breach of these terms causes a claim, you agree to protect the operators from that claim and related demand, including reasonable attorneys' fees.

If a court finds one provision unenforceable, the other provisions continue to apply.
